ROLE OVERVIEW We are rapidly expanding our dynamic team and are looking for a passionate, charismatic and self-motivated Talent/Creator Researcher to join our global talent research team to support the talent and social trend identification for our influencer-led branded content campaigns. This role will report into the VP of Accounts and Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Work closely and collaborate with Account Directors, Creative and Strategy teams to identify talent for campaign proposals Curate talent longlists and shortlists for campaign proposals and ongoing social media management Manage data collection and due diligence for talent longlists Outreach to talent and talent agencies to gather information for up-coming campaigns including contract negotiations Research and profile talent in-depth, supplying detailed written profiles and rationale to support justification on why you have recommended them for a campaign Research and report to your team on trending content and social movements Support the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and research social content Report to Fifth Talent (talent agency arm to The Fifth) team in the UK with new prospective talent who are looking for management Update folder of talent rosters from talent agencies Help manage and grow relationships with talent in the LA area including creating invite lists for The Fifth US events WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Passionate about and knowledgeable of influencers and talent An avid user of social media, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in particular.
