Team Leader - DSA
6 Month + fixed term contract
Home Based
Capita are looking to recruit 2 team leaders on a fixed term contract to support on the new successful DSA Project.
The Team Leader will work collaboratively with the Technical / Operations Managers and other Team Leaders across DSA, providing strong and effective leadership to the DSA Operational Teams and be proactively responsible for staff motivation; supporting wellbeing; developing and maintaining a team ethos as well as minimising staff absence and attrition.
Team Leaders will be responsible for providing leadership to a group of customer service advisors and responsible for ensuring service delivery performs within contractual agreements and KPIs. In addition, providing support and encouraging development of individuals, motivating all to deliver excellent results and formulating a high-performing, effective team. What you'll be doing:
• Ensuring quality and procedures are reviewed and monitored
• Managing productivity and utilisation
• Performance KPIs as stated within the DSA contract
• Leadership -finds time to understand the strengths of team members, encouraging them to make the best of their abilities
• Results Focused
• Maximises efficient use of time and resources.
• Manages conflicting priorities effectively meeting all deadlines.
• Communication-Is articulate in cascading business unit information.
• Team Working -takes ownership for own team's performance and develops plans to deliver the required performance.
What we are looking for:
• Previous management or leadership experience of managing small to medium size teams
• Coaching and training skills (desirable)
• Highly Organised
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience of working to KPIs and SLAs
