As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including supporting the staff team and the people supported. Candidates should have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or be willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in. You will also be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service, receiving an additional £10 per session. Brookside is a modern residential care home for adults with disabilities, taking a person-centred, flexible approach to ensure residents have control and choice over their care. Residents are actively involved in their community, enjoying regular fitness classes, sports, healthy eating support, and much more.

Experience
Experience in health and social care is preferred, but not essential if you are willing to learn.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support. You should be able to work well in a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
