In this role, you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered. You will administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise others. Experience in care planning processes is desirable.

About You
NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable. You should be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. Above all, you should have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.

Qualifications
Be experienced in or willing to undertake training on administering medication.
