The Role We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our Better Lives management team in Islington. This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. The main purpose of this role is to work within the wider management team in supporting day to day activities, and to support the staff team in providing excellent quality of care to service users accessing treatment cross the Borough. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: • Working as part of a dynamic management team providing day to day cover and support in service delivery • You will be responsible for managing a small caseload of clients, to include prescribing, providing a good quality of interventions at varying stages of their recovery. • Taking the lead in engaging the team in developing and delivering a wide range of groups. • Manage and support recruitment including supporting staff through their induction. • Provide supervision and case management to your staff team, and to manage performance effectively. • Duties may include supporting other areas of service delivery as well as helping to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing.
