Team Manager - Paddington, London 504-506 Harrow Road, Paddington, London W9 3QA £25,100 - £28,900 plus great benefits We're looking for a dedicated Team Manager to join our retail team. This is a full-time role that comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package. As a Team Manager you'll coach your team, connect people and causes in your local community, and take responsibility for running the store in the absence of your Store Manager. In this role, you can expect to: * Give friendly and welcoming service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations * Build your team's capability through coaching and training, and create an inclusive culture where everyone feels respected, valued and able to speak their mind * Make sure the store is safe, legal and operational, and develop your skills across recruitment and employee relations To be successful, you'll need some experience in people management and genuine care for the needs of customers and colleagues.
