What you'll be doing
- Supervise the operation of the Tipping Hall whilst wearing appropriate PPE and following safety protocols.
- Move, load, and monitor waste, reporting any contamination or non-compliance.
- Conduct pre-use vehicle inspections and report defects.
- Report all service, safety and environmental concerns.
- Use two-way radio to stay in communication with team members.
- Work collaboratively with site team, visitors, and contractors.
- Follow VMR Toolkit guidelines and assist in efficient ERF operations.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management.

Experience
- Proven experience in operational or industrial environments.
- Strong teamwork abilities and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to work responsibilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Mobile plant operation experience and valid driving license (advantageous).
