About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and data to the Sales and Marketing team to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre. You will be responsible for coordinating group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme events across the UK and internationally. Your duties will include ensuring all training materials are saved for easy access, signing off logistics invoices, collating feedback evaluations, attending weekly planning meetings, monitoring CRM data accuracy, contacting clients for training arrangements, identifying prospect clients, and providing data-led insights to support strategy.
Experience
• Experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
• Experience with customer service, sales, and telesales
• Experience of working with CRM
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Planning and organisational skills
About You
• Experience of working across sectors and industries is desirable
• Advanced Excel user is desirable
