About the Role
As a Training Coordinator at Itec, you will provide vital administrative support and data management to the Sales and Marketing team, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the centre. You will collaborate with Training Coordinators, Programme Managers, and the Operations Manager to coordinate group training, apprenticeship, and individual programme events both across the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities include ensuring all training materials are properly saved for future access, managing logistics invoices and flagging discrepancies, collating and forwarding training evaluations, and attending weekly planning meetings. You will maintain high-quality data within the CRM system, liaise with clients and facilitators to arrange training events, identify client needs and potential opportunities, and support the sales team by researching prospects and forwarding sales leads. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and develop reporting solutions to drive performance management. Regular creation, running, and editing of reports for the sales and marketing team on a weekly and monthly basis will also be part of your role.
