UX / UI Designer Salary: Up to £50k Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: London, with hybrid working Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK We are looking for a UX/UX Designer to help drive the usability and design of our products across music tools and websites. You will be part of a cross functional team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Developers & QA, in addition to other disciplines across Brand & Marketing. We are looking for someone to turn user stories, epics and briefs into viable and appealing designs, focusing on usability, workflow and intuitiveness. Primary Tasks Gathering and evaluating user requirements - working closely with stakeholders across organisation Prototyping designs using various techniques to communicate ideas Carry out user research and testing, turning insights into actionable design decisions Designing user interfaces and structure delivery to optimise the design to implementation process with-in product teams Presenting concepts and ideas to stakeholders and internal teams What we're looking for Proven experience experience of 5+ years in a similar role Portfolio of design projects Experience with wireframe tools and design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) Experience of working in cross functional teams Background in gathering insights from, data, user research and testing Undergraduate, or similar, in a relevant field Experience in growing design discipline and managing junior designers Experience of developing software Background in designing music software Knowledge of workstation software e.g. Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton, Cubase About Us At Spitfire Audio, our vision is to make the world sound exceptional.
