£13.37 per hour (plus anticipated increase from 1st October 2025)
About the Role
The Lyric Hammersmith is the civic and creative heart of West London, dedicated to delivering life-changing theatre experiences. As a Visitor Experience Supervisor, you will support the smooth operation of the theatre by having knowledge of activities and events, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed. You will be fully trained to perform a variety of duties at different times throughout the venue. This role acts as the first escalation point for any customer interactions, complaints, or queries. Occasionally, you may be required to assume the responsibilities of a Duty Manager.
Experience
Experience in customer service or visitor-facing roles is desirable. Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and calmly.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role is advantageous.
