About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and safety-conscious Welder's Assistants with a valid Welder's Assistant Sentinel competency to support ongoing Network Rail infrastructure works across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified Thermic Welders on critical rail projects, gain valuable experience, and grow within the rail sector.

Experience
Prior experience assisting welders or working in a rail environment is essential. Good knowledge of safety standards and on-track procedures is required.

About you
You should be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. A willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as required is necessary.

Qualifications
Valid Welder's Assistant Sentinel competency and in-date PTS (Personal Track Safety) are mandatory. Familiarity with small tools is also required.
