The opportunity As our Wellbeing Programme Director you will: Consult on health and wellbeing related benefits, policies and processes Deliver a calendar of health events (talks/challenges/training/awareness campaigns) for each calendar year. Oversee the operation of both the gym and medical centre Collect data from internal and external providers to produce an annual update on health improvements, risks and potential costs. The person To succeed as a Wellbeing Programme Director, you will need: Effective communication skills at all levels Strong Financial acumen An ability to interpret data into actions and interventions Sound knowledge of Corporate Wellbeing Experience of stakeholder management To be passionate about making a difference Helping you feel good.
