Description JOB TITLE: Window and Specialist Cleaner REPORTING TO: Head of Operations LOCATION: City of London and Surrounding Area HOURS: 40 per week, Monday to Friday. Full flexibility required, Mixture of shifts - including early mornings and late evenings PAY RATE: £14.00 PER HOUR ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high level or specialist cleaning works to various sites and locations across the City of London & Surrounding Area. Driving a shared company van Window cleaning Carpet cleaning Hard floor cleaning Pressure washing Graffiti removal KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date To ensure all team members integrate and communicate To work safely within the safety guidelines REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful candidate must have the following Commercial window cleaning experience is required Must be able to work at height Specialist cleaning knowledge (desirable or training provided) Must be able to work in a team or independently Ability to travel Able to stay away from home when required Essential Must have the following qualifications or certification Full UK Driving License IPAF,PASMA.WORKING AT HEIGHT,HARNESS TRAINING,SEAMA Desirable: DBS CHECKED SEAMA Part 1 5 years checkable work history
