The Window Cleaning Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of specialised cleaning services for our key accounts within London. In this position, you will take ownership of the specialist cleaning services team and ensure the provision of high-quality services to our clients in the London area. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of our on-site window cleaning teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring strict adherence to our clients' requirements, as well as meeting all statutory obligations. Your goal is to provide services that are of the highest quality, responsive, and proactive in nature. The Role Carry out and manage specialist cleaning tasks including, but not limited to window cleaning, hard floor cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, clean environment, and Sensitive Waste management, etc. Ability to work out of normal working hours Engage and collaborate fully with all stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are always used and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Manage compliance of faulty machinery / equipment immediately.
