As a Work Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students by developing meaningful connections with employers, sourcing work experience opportunities linked to our curriculum programs, and facilitating T Level Work Placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge Lasting Employer Links:
Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, organisations, and industry leaders to create a robust network of work experience opportunities.
Curate Tailored Work Experience Programs:
Source and coordinate diverse work experience opportunities aligned with our curriculum programs, ensuring relevance and value for students.
T Level Excellence:
Collaborate closely with T Level program coordinators to secure and manage work placements that meet T Level standards and enhance students' practical skills.
Empower Employability Coaches:
Support Employability Coaches in creating resources and delivering engaging sessions that guide students in researching work experience and volunteering opportunities while developing essential employability skills.
Data-Driven Success:
Maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports to continually assess the impact of our work experience programs and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Education, Business, Advice and Guidance or a related discipline.
Proven experience in employer relationship development, preferably in an educational setting.
Familiarity with T Level programs and requirements.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
