Work Related Learning Adviser Location: across London Salary: £27,929.00 per annum FTE (Including London Weighting) These are fixed term contracts until 31 March 2025 We are recruiting for both full time and part time positions. We work collaboratively with national and local governments, schools and other partners to design and deliver sustainable solutions to improve education. Our Work-Related Learning (WRL) department are responsible for commercial contracts delivering employer related services to educational establishments. The WRL Adviser will work with the Operations Manager to administer, carry out and develop work related learning services including the project management and delivery of individual contracts, marketing development, contributing to the development of operational plans. The role includes delivering work-related learning sessions in schools, and organising work experience placements' You will have the following: Knowledge Essential: Minimum of 5 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) - including English and Maths Understanding of school curriculum Understanding of project management tools and techniques Desirable: IAG qualification IOSH qualification Understanding of employment legislation for young people and qualification routes Experience Essential: Working in a client facing role Managing small scale projects Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks Desirable: Experience working with either school or employer engagement activities. Working with databases and producing reports.
