About us
Construction Youth Trust is a forward-thinking charity whose mission is to help young people reach their full potential and take their first steps towards a rewarding working life.
We prepare young people for the world of work, support them to build their skills and confidence and connect them with opportunities and employers aligned with their abilities and interests. We prioritise young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, under-represented groups and those facing significant barriers.

Enhanced Sickness Pay
Initially all new colleagues receive 5 day full-pay, 5 days half-pay which increases over length of service.
Enhanced holiday benefits
25 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays. After 2 years’ service, colleagues receive an extra day’s holiday.

The Trust will contribute up to 7% of the basic salary to the Trust’s Pension Scheme.
