Job title: 2 x Careers and Employability Advisers, Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £40,049 to £43,372 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
We are looking for two Careers and Employability Advisers to support the aspirations and graduate outcomes of our diverse cohort of students. You will work as part of a dedicated student facing team to deliver activities that support the career development of a diverse cohort of Roehampton students and graduates. You will focus on enhancing graduate outcomes by supporting students and graduates to gain work experience through internships, placements, and other co-curricular work experience programmes. The postholder will also focus on increasing external employer presence on campus, in the curriculum and develop employer engagement opportunities for students across the University. In addition, you will support academic staff to embed employability in the curriculum and represent the Student Futures Team at departmental -led employability events.
