About the Role
Your move. This is your opportunity to learn from some of the sharpest minds in asset management and shape the future of how we serve clients, build products and drive innovation. Our Client & Product Graduate Rotational Programme gives you a front-row seat to how a global investment firm builds partnerships, solves problems, and delivers real impact. You'll work alongside relationship management and investment product professionals by rotating across teams in Client Business and Global Product Solutions. These teams collaborate to understand client problems, design cutting-edge investment solutions, and provide market insights.

During the 2.5 years of rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience with how we take ideas from concept to client delivery across Europe and internationally. You'll be empowered to find your place in one of the most prestigious firms in financial services and contribute to impactful work that makes a difference. The programme will provide you with transferable skills applicable to finance and beyond, including managing complex projects, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and turning data into action.

Client Business
Our Client Business teams manage relationships, grow partnerships, and work closely with investment and product teams to create solutions that work for our clients. You will learn how major institutions make investment decisions, manage performance, and assess risk. You will follow financial news and internal research to understand market movements and their impact on client portfolios. You will gain insight into the diverse clients we serve, from large institutions to private wealth managers, and how their goals shape our work. You will become familiar with our product range including funds, ETFs, and tailored solutions, and learn how to match the right offering to client needs. You will get hands-on experience with platforms and software such as relationship tracking tools and Aladdin, our proprietary portfolio analysis technology. You will develop communication skills essential for sales and service, and gain a solid understanding of the ethics and regulations that govern our work.

Examples of work include managing client meeting logistics, driving outreach campaigns, preparing pitch materials, analyzing sales data to spot trends, and expanding your professional network.

Global Product Solutions
The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team works across our full product range, from iShares ETFs to mutual funds and private markets. You will learn how products work, why investors choose them, and how new ideas become real products. You will gain experience managing complex projects involving legal, operations, and compliance teams. You will learn how to take products to market through effective messaging and channel selection. You will conduct research to drive product decisions and contribute creative ideas that push the industry forward.

Examples of work include supporting product timelines, becoming a product expert, improving portfolios using tools like Aladdin, tracking industry trends, exploring new product ideas, and drafting clear product materials.

This programme offers a broad, practical view of how client and product teams collaborate, building skills that set you up for long-term success.
