The programme starts in August, with earlier start dates considered. It empowers Analysts to connect their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock's mission, principles, and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to introduce BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, while providing insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst. After orientation, Analysts join their teams and engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying connected with colleagues globally. This programme offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to helping more people achieve financial well-being.
