About the Role
Our Spring Insight Event is an immersive week-long experience designed for students of all academic backgrounds who will graduate with an undergraduate or master's degree in 2029. During the event, you will gain exposure to one of our business areas through work shadowing, a group project, networking, and social events. By the end of the week, you will have developed a strong understanding of the markets and the opportunity to explore different career paths within BlackRock. Candidates can apply to experience up to two functions within the programme, allowing you to keep an open mind about where you begin your career. Please note that you may only apply for one programme (e.g., Spring Insight Programme or Placement Programme) and up to two functions within that programme. If you withdraw your application, you will not be able to reapply for this programme in the same year. After submitting your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment, which must be submitted within five days to avoid automatic withdrawal of your application. The application deadline is Friday 4th December 2026. BlackRock is an Equal Opportunities Employer committed to fair hiring and treatment of all employees.
