About the Role
The Summer Internship Programme is an eight-week immersive experience designed to replicate the role of a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The programme begins with an orientation providing a comprehensive overview of the firm and opportunities to engage with senior leaders. Interns receive on-the-job training and take on day-to-day responsibilities to contribute meaningfully to their teams. The programme also includes a speaker series, mentoring, and various networking opportunities, including activities with employee networks. Successful interns are encouraged to explore the Full-Time Analyst Programme following their internship.
Experience
No prior experience is required; this programme is designed to provide a challenging and supportive learning environment.

Candidates should be in their penultimate year of undergraduate or master's degree studies, graduating in 2028. We welcome applicants from all degree disciplines. Fluency in the local language is required for Continental Europe locations, while only English is required for Budapest and Private Markets Investing roles in Zurich. Candidates must apply for only one programme and up to two functions within that programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.
