About the Role
The Summer Internship Programme is an intensive eight-week experience designed to closely replicate the role of a full-time BlackRock Analyst. The programme begins with an orientation providing a comprehensive overview of the firm and opportunities to engage with senior leaders. Interns receive on-the-job training and take on meaningful day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to their teams. The internship also includes a speaker series, mentoring, and networking opportunities, including events with employee networks. Successful interns are encouraged to consider applying for the Full-Time Analyst Programme following completion of the internship.
Experience
No prior experience is required. The programme welcomes candidates from all degree disciplines.
About you
Candidates should be in their penultimate year of undergraduate or master's studies, graduating in 2028. Fluency in the local language is required for Continental Europe locations, except for Budapest and Private Markets Investing positions in Zurich where only English is required. Candidates must apply for only one programme and up to two functions within that programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's degree program, graduating in 2028. Open to all degree subjects.
