About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join our Shoeaholics team on a fixed term contract. In this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock through pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining store standards to ensure smooth operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished is essential, as is supporting your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets. You will also provide customers with details about the Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance their shopping experience and assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities. As a brand ambassador, you will adhere to uniform standards and regularly participate in training to confidently represent Kurt Geiger’s values and style.

Experience
Strong communication skills and an understanding of excellent customer service are essential. Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
