About the Role
We are seeking a Keyholder with a passion and flair for customer service to join our Wellbeing Hub in London Liverpool Street. You will provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing. You will drive forward sales and company objectives, assist the team and Store Manager with daily tasks, and proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet and people. The role requires working on your own initiative, being super proactive, maintaining company standards, and ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, react positively and professionally to change, and have a natural interest in health and wellbeing, sharing their journey, tips, and advice with the team and customers. Experience
Previous retail experience is required; experience within a health or beauty environment is desirable.

You work well in a team environment, have a can-do attitude, and are capable of working retail hours including weekends and evenings. Qualifications
Capable in Excel and Microsoft Suite. No formal qualifications specified, but alignment with company values and attitude is essential.
