About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and technically skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to keep Fuse running at full speed. You will own the day-to-day technical environment across two office locations, ensuring our applications, infrastructure, and end-user hardware operate reliably so the team can focus on building the future of energy. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning issues end-to-end, from Google Workspace administration to firewall policy changes.
Responsibilities include managing applications, workspaces, and hardware that the team relies on daily, working closely with IT and engineering teams to operate, automate, and grow our IT environment. You will administer SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut People, and Linear, use AI tooling to automate manual IT tasks, and own all office hardware issues including laptops, meeting room AV, and printers. Additionally, you will provide 2nd line IT support and assist with onboarding and offboarding staff.
