About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at the Lakeside outlet. In this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock through pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining store standards to support smooth operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished is essential, as is supporting your management team to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will also provide details of our loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities. As a representative of Kurt Geiger, you will be a role model for our brand, adhering to uniform standards and regularly participating in training to become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required.
