About the Role
Programme Management is the central function enabling the Approach Social Work programme to operate nationally and at scale, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery from acceptance to graduation. The Academic Registry team, a sub-team within Programme Management, administers participants' academic journeys, managing academic policies and processes including assessment and student records. The team also handles operational aspects such as preparing data for examination boards and exceptional circumstances panels, and liaising with external markers.
The Academic Programmes Officer will primarily work within the Academic Registry to contribute to delivering a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to respond to diverse team needs throughout the academic year, maintaining a responsive and supportive standard of customer service, including during peak periods.
We seek a candidate committed to Frontline’s values who can balance participant support with adherence to regulations and procedures that uphold academic standards. The role demands strong numeracy, excellent organisation, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience working with student records in a higher education environment is highly desirable.
