As an Account Analyst on the Nordics Team, you will play a dynamic role supporting PIMCO’s client-servicing and sales professionals to deliver the highest level of service to our clients. You will partner closely with Account Managers and other investment professionals to gather, analyse, and discuss economic trends, support external reporting requirements, and deliver performance attribution analyses.
Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed portfolio risk and accounting reports, as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports. You will assist with management initiatives, automate and streamline reporting processes, and respond to ad-hoc client and internal requests. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
You will utilize tools such as Excel (including macros), query tools, Bloomberg and/or Yieldbook (a plus), and various public and private internet resources. A commitment to quality, integrity, teamwork, and personal accountability is essential to succeed and grow within PIMCO.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience considered. Hiring level will be determined through the interview process.

Fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is required. Qualifications
Preference for a University degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative/analytical field from an accredited business school or university, or other equivalent advanced degree. Progression toward a CFA designation is desirable but not essential.
