About the Role
THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music, and entertainment, delivering branding, signage, custom fabrication, live event production, and experiential operations globally. LIVE·TEAM elevates live events by working with iconic properties and brands across 28 countries and over 70 cities worldwide. This freelance opportunity within the Client Services team offers roles from Account Executive through Account Director levels, supporting live event branding and signage projects.

Depending on your experience level, you may be involved in supporting logistics and coordination, managing day-to-day client relationships and production alignment, or leading accounts and strategic client partnerships. You will serve as the main client contact, lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans, collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams, and manage onsite execution and post-event wrap. This role requires a passion for live events, brand experiences, and delivering excellence on the ground.

Experience
0.5–10+ years of client-facing experience in an agency environment, preferably within live events. Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously. On-site experience required; domestic and/or international experience is a plus.

No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience and a strong work ethic are essential. A passion for learning and growth within the live events industry is highly valued.
