About the Role
THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, delivering branding, signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations globally. As an Account Manager within our Brand Experience Division at LIVE·TEAM, you will work on a major Supermarket brand delivering multiple experiential events across the country. You will be a key member of the team, involved in all stages of project planning from strategy, client presentations, budgeting, feasibility to event management, always striving to create best-in-class brand experiences.
Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships and day-to-day communications, understanding and shaping client briefs, leading creative brainstorms, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring project systems and procedures are correctly set up. You will plan and deliver projects, oversee onsite activations, manage budgets and project administration, coordinate venue bookings and staffing partners, and maintain project timelines and reports. You will also set KPIs, evaluate campaigns, develop additional business opportunities within client accounts, and provide line management to an Account Executive.
Strong internal communication and collaboration across LIVE·TEAM and client teams will be essential, as will proactively identifying incremental business opportunities and promoting LIVE·TEAM services to grow the account. This role requires a proactive, creative, and highly organized individual who leads by example and maintains high standards of work quality.
Experience
- Proven experience in experiential and live events, both in planning and onsite delivery.
- Excellent account management skills.
- Strong planning and project management capabilities.
- Ability to influence decision-making within both agency and client organizations.
- Experience managing multiple activations with tight deadlines.
- Skilled in negotiation and financial/budget management.
- Proficient in delivering presentations, both written and verbal, including use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
