About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team at f.r.a. Certified B Corporation®. This client-facing role focuses on building strong relationships, growing key accounts, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the studio. You will play a central role in ensuring projects run efficiently while developing client partnerships, attending industry events, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing long-term client relationships, taking ownership of key accounts to identify opportunities for repeat and expanded work, traveling to meet clients and represent the studio at conferences and industry events, managing projects from onboarding through to completion ensuring delivery on time and within budget, supporting the day-to-day running of the design team through planning, budgeting and resource allocation, collaborating closely with designers and project managers to maintain efficient workflows, briefing, mentoring and managing staff and freelancers when required, and monitoring project performance while contributing to monthly invoicing targets. As a small business, we take a collaborative approach where everyone contributes across the studio, including supporting wider marketing and PR activities or IT troubleshooting. You will also participate in studio life beyond day-to-day work, including multi-day team retreats and charity events. Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager within the creative industry. Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage high-value accounts. Experience managing budgets and programmes for clients. Confident in attending events and representing a studio externally.
About you
Excellent communication skills are essential. You must be an outstanding communicator, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Excel, Adobe CC, and Mac OS. Willingness and ability to travel as part of the role. Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive studio environment with a strong focus on wellbeing.
