About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. Our ethos is all about celebrating life, so you'll devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. This is an extremely rewarding role where part of your time will be spent getting to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You will inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community, helping to enhance quality of life for everyone.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be provided to develop your skills and support your career progression.
