About the Role
SCCD Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and charismatic Adjunct Lecturer to deliver the Level 5 Diploma in Teaching accredited by NCFE. You will facilitate engaging 3-hour learning sessions via Zoom, ensuring active student participation and high retention. The role involves preparing comprehensive lesson plans and resources aligned with Pearson/NCFE standards, grading assignments, and providing detailed feedback to support learners in meeting QTLS eligibility criteria. You will also foster strong student relationships to maintain high learner satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks using our CRM system to upload learner data, track progress, and maintain accurate attendance records. We are looking for a professional who goes beyond teaching to mentor and inspire the next generation of educators.

Experience
Minimum of 5+ years proven experience delivering the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET)

About you
Professional with full UK teaching status (QTS or QTLS), strong ICT skills, and ability to manage virtual classrooms on Zoom and CRM platforms. Flexible to deliver sessions across a variety of shifts including Saturdays. Demonstrated track record of maintaining high student retention rates and positive learner outcomes. Ability to mentor and inspire learners effectively.

Qualifications
Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills). Assessor (CAVA/A1) and Verifier (IQA/V1) qualifications are a strong advantage. Experience working with international students or professionals seeking sponsorship is preferred.
