About the Role
West London College is seeking a dedicated and motivated Admin Assistant to join the Administration department at the Ealing campus. The successful candidate will provide efficient day-to-day support to the team, managing schedules, correspondence, and various administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, meetings, and appointments to support team productivity, handling confidential information with discretion, and delivering excellent customer service. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement is essential. The role demands adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Experience
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational and time-management skills are required to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant administrative qualifications or experience will be advantageous. All staff are required to complete mandatory safeguarding training and comply with the College’s policies to protect children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
