About the Role
Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager founded in 1939, is seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the EMEA General Counsel and Compliance Officer, as well as the legal and compliance teams in our growing London office. This role requires excellent secretarial and organisational skills, strong teamwork, and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. You will be proactive, able to anticipate the needs of your clients, and manage a complex and demanding workload with diplomacy and discretion. The position demands excellent multi-tasking skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and calmness under pressure while thinking on your feet.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the General Counsel and Compliance Officer, amending legal documents and reports, extensive diary management across multiple time zones, coordinating local and international travel arrangements including visas, preparing agendas and taking notes in committee meetings, managing and collating reports, processing expenses and invoices, handling confidential information, providing telephone cover, updating contacts and databases, creating and updating PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with recruitment coordination.
Experience
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with excellent secretarial and organisational skills. Experience in amending documents and tracking changes in Word is essential.

Qualifications
