London with hybrid working in accordance with the RCN hybrid working policy. Up to 60% of working time can be from home, with at least 40% spent working in person. There may be further flexibility regarding office locations.

About the Role
Join the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), a trade union representing over half a million nurses, midwives, nursing support workers and students. We support, represent, lobby and develop our members to improve working lives and patient care standards. As an Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the Institute of Nursing Excellence programmes and projects. Your role will involve coordinating high-quality work programmes, supporting senior staff with administrative duties, managing meetings, travel bookings, diary support, and collaborating with members, internal teams and external stakeholders. Requirements

Experience
Experience in project support or comprehensive administration roles is desirable but not essential. Ability to navigate online booking systems and support delivery of work programmes is important.

Clear communicator with a positive attitude, efficient and accurate in your work. Able to work collaboratively within a team, raise issues appropriately and demonstrate strong customer focus. Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant administrative experience or background is advantageous.
