Service: Admissions Job title: Admissions Officer 1.0 FTE (1 x Permanent, 2 x 1-Year Fixed Term) Grade: RU06 Salary: £35,421 to £39,005 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Admissions Officer (1 x Permanent and 2 x 1-Year Fixed Term) to join our intercollegiate, central Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, supportive, team atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who has experience and understanding of the HE admissions landscape, and solid administrative skills. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a wider Admissions team, ensuring the efficient processing of applications, fielding queries from our prospective students, as well as delivering their service to institutional standards and objectives. Key responsibilities will include being responsible for the processing of applications, responding to applicant enquiries, supporting our other admissions teams, work on Confirmation and Clearing, and supporting the Admissions Manager. The successful candidate will have skills and experience in UK and International admissions, qualification assessment, time management, task prioritisation, customer service.
