About the Role
We are seeking a Social Worker to join an Adult's Rapid Response Team. This team specialises in community-based work by providing an initial contact service for people in the community who require support. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment focusing on short-term intervention to initiate long-term care solutions, crisis intervention, organising respite services, and completing placement assessments. A positive attitude, proactive working style, and ability to work to strict timescales are essential. The team offers minimal caseholding and operates within a supportive management structure. Hybrid working arrangements are available, and the location is easily accessible by car or public transport. This position also provides an excellent opportunity to further enhance your safeguarding experience.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in a community-based Social Work team is essential.

About you
Extensive experience in community social work with strong person-centred working skills. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and adherence to strict timescales.

Qualifications
Social Work qualification required (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
