About the Role
A 5 times "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded fostering environment. You will be involved in providing therapeutic support and supervision to foster carers, contributing to the wellbeing and development of children in care. The role includes access to specialist therapeutic DDP training and opportunities for professional progression within the agency.

Experience
Previous experience as a Supervising Social Worker within an Independent Fostering Agency or a Therapeutic Fostering Agency is essential.
