About the Role
A family owned, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to manage a caseload across the South East London area. This role is initially a 12-month maternity cover with the potential to become permanent due to agency growth. You will work predominantly from home, providing support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring the welfare and development of children in placement. Experience
Previous experience in social work, ideally within fostering or child welfare services, is preferred to effectively manage and support foster carers and children.

Qualifications
Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in fostering or child protection is required.
