About the Role
A 5 times "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a dedicated Part Time Supervising Social Worker to join their team in East London. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded fostering environment. You will be part of a team committed to providing therapeutic support and high-quality care to foster children and families. The role includes access to specialist therapeutic DDP training and opportunities for professional progression within the agency.

Experience
Previous experience as a Supervising Social Worker within a Fostering Team, ideally in an Independent Fostering Agency or Therapeutic Fostering Agency.

Committed to delivering high standards of care and support, with a therapeutic approach. Able to work effectively within a team and independently. Enthusiastic about professional development and progression.

Qualifications
Relevant social work qualifications and registration are required.
