About the Role
A family owned, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to manage a caseload across North Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, therapeutic environment focused on fostering. You will be responsible for supervising foster carers, ensuring high standards of care, and contributing to the wellbeing and development of children placed within the agency.

Experience
Relevant experience in social work, preferably within fostering or child welfare services.
