About the Role
Join Norgine, a company transforming healthcare with over a century of expertise, as an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the AI Programme Lead, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI tools and ways of working across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include supporting governance, enabling colleagues to deliver value from AI in their daily work, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience supporting digital adoption, training, or technology implementation
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Good understanding of governance, policies, and structured processes
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of AI concepts and interest in AI-driven ways of working
- Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across teams
