As an AI Data Associate, you will work with diverse data types including text, speech, image, and video to deliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools. You will act as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning data workflows, creating factually and grammatically correct responses, ranking responses, and annotating various data formats. Your role requires strong attention to detail, logical decision-making even with ambiguous information, and the ability to pivot quickly between different task categories. You will support daily operational deliverables such as average handling time, quality, and turnaround time, and contribute to root cause analysis to improve labelling quality. Ownership of floor support and process improvement is expected to ensure smooth operations. You will be part of a diverse team working strictly in-office, with regular meetings, trainings, and events throughout the year. This role demands concentration, multitasking, confidentiality, and adherence to Amazon’s policies for securing confidential information. An inner drive, individuality, and creativity are highly valued.

Experience
An Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Proven task execution ability and experience with research and data workflows are advantageous.

About you
Fluency in French at CEFR C1+ level and strong written and spoken English skills (CEFR B2+) are essential. You possess strong business writing skills, advanced reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities. You can interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects and have proficient research skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks and documents are critical. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities is important. Experience in project coordination or management and stakeholder relationship management is a plus.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is desirable. Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for research purposes is an advantage.
