This role involves maintaining strict confidentiality as customer privacy is paramount. You will work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video to deliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools. Your work supports Amazon's commitment to responsible AI development.
Key responsibilities include generating high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities, making sound judgments with ambiguous information, switching between task categories efficiently, supporting daily operational deliverables, analyzing root causes of errors, proposing quality improvements, identifying process issues, and providing floor support to clarify queries as needed.
As a Machine Learning Data Associate, you will perform foundational labeling tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. Your ability to concentrate, multitask, and maintain attention to detail ensures high-quality output while adhering to Amazon's confidentiality policies. You will be part of a diverse team dedicated to improving customers' lives through practical generative AI innovations. Creativity, individuality, and inner drive are highly valued.
Experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Proven task execution ability and experience managing stakeholder relationships are advantageous. Experience in project coordination or management and leveraging open-source resources for research is preferred.
About you
Fluency in Dutch at CEFR C1+ level and strong written and spoken English (CEFR B2+) are essential. You possess strong business writing skills, advanced reading comprehension, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects. You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and adapt well to fast-paced, changing environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications is expected.
