About the Role
The AI/ML Governance team collaborates closely with the Firmwide Chief Analytics Office, Model Risk Governance & Review, Legal, Compliance & Controls to establish and enforce policies and standards that promote responsible AI/ML and Generative AI model development and usage. You will engage business and technology stakeholders across the Commercial & Investment Bank's lines of business to ensure processes, tools, and controls are in place to support and incorporate AI/ML implementation best practices. As a Senior Associate on the AI/ML Governance team within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), you will contribute to multiple strategic, global initiatives and be at the forefront of AI/ML governance, championing and supporting the realization of CIB's AI/ML and GenAI priorities.

Key responsibilities include supporting the design and build of CIB AI/ML Governance executive management reporting and dashboards, rolling out governance processes by updating documentation such as procedures, charters, operating models, and job aids, and developing and delivering effective communications and trainings. You will provide hands-on support to stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure understanding and compliance with requirements, monitor compliance with governance and control standards, and engage stakeholders to remediate issues. Partnering closely with subject matter experts in AI/ML Data Science, Architecture & Engineering, and Data, you will identify areas for process improvement and help define and implement the strategic roadmap for firmwide and CIB governance tooling.

Experience
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Alteryx
- Prior experience in AI/ML and GenAI delivery within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with management and stakeholders to support business goals
