About the Role
As the Alaïa Boutique Manager at Selfridges London, you will lead by example to ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times. You will be a role model for your team and for Kurt Geiger, upholding exceptional service standards and representing the brand with pride. Your responsibilities include meeting all store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures. You will actively communicate and build strong relationships with your team and senior management, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations, and coaching. You will organise staff scheduling and manage payroll budgets while remaining responsive to trading patterns. Protecting the Kurt Geiger brand is paramount, ensuring all team members maintain impeccable personal presentation standards. Additionally, you will ensure the boutique maintains excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines.

Experience
- Previous management experience is essential
