About the Role
The Alternatives Account Management team is a core component of the Prime Financial Services (PFS) business at JPMorganChase. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Hedge Fund clients, delivering expert guidance across the full PFS product suite including Cash Prime Brokerage, Synthetic Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage, Exchange-Traded Derivatives Clearing, and OTC Derivatives Clearing. This role requires a commercial mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the firm.

You will develop a deep understanding of each client's business and industry landscape, proactively identifying challenges and leveraging specialist knowledge of the PFS platform to deliver tailored solutions. Close partnership with clients and internal stakeholders including Sales and Trading is essential to drive client satisfaction and support the strategic objectives of the PFS business.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for Hedge Fund clients on the PFS platform, driving commercial outcomes through collaboration with Sales and Trading, building comprehensive client knowledge to optimize platform utilization, responding creatively to client requests for product enhancements, monitoring client feedback and sentiment, overseeing key lifecycle events and regulatory change initiatives, and maintaining a strong control framework to manage operational risk and client escalations.

Experience
Strong understanding of the Prime Financial Services product suite with expertise in financing or clearing products. Proven track record of operational excellence and client service within Prime Brokerage or Clearing is a significant advantage. Experience working with Hedge Fund clients and delivering client-focused solutions is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Degree educated; a finance-related degree is preferential but not essential. This role involves UK regulated activity; therefore, the successful candidate must meet UK regulatory requirements regarding fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence, and where appropriate, obtain approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority.
